About the Author:

 

Dawn is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach who supports women, couples and families in learning how to use nutrition to improve their health. She received her health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and her functional medicine training at The School of Applied Functional Medicine. Using her specialized knowledge she helps clients feel great by uncovering hidden food intolerances and nutrient deficiencies, and helping them transition to a healthy eating lifestyle. Dawn’s commitment to creating customized recipes for healthy and delicious food has helped her transform the health of many clients. Dawn lives in Zionsville, Indiana with her husband and two young sons. She works with clients all throughout the United States.
